This past June, Ontario Local 249 in Kingston celebrated an incredible milestone birthday of 125 years as part of the UBC. To commemorate the event, Local 249 hosted members and their families at their Training Centre for an open house, complete with food, drinks, and family activities. UBC leadership, including District Vice President Jason Rowe, were there to mark the occasion with Local 249 members and to offer their congratulations. This event would not have been possible if not for the strength of UBC members and staff who work hard every day to demonstrate the spirit of the Carpenters’ Union.
