Leadership & Professional Development

The UBC Canadian District believes that learning does not start and stop at developing technical and construction skills. Our members are offered various courses on how to become the best leaders in the field and how to cultivate the next generation into the same. Carpenters' International Training Center

Joining the UBC means having access to the member-owned, world-class International Training Center in Las Vegas, Nevada. Members across North America can attend one of many skills-development and leadership courses held in the 1.2 million square foot establishment. The ITC's hands-on training and continuing-education courses ensure that UBC members remain at the forefront of industry standards and technological advancements.
