This notice is to inform you that as of Monday May 5th, we will be on a legal strike in the residential roofing subsector.
While we would all prefer to be on the job, the membership has clearly spoken. This strike action is a necessary step to secure the fair treatment and meaningful conversation that our members deserve at the bargaining table.
Our goal remains to reach a fair and respectful agreement with the employers. We are actively seeking to return to negotiations and are hopeful for a speedy and constructive resolution that gets us back to work.
We will continue to provide updates as they become available, including on our website and social media pages. We encourage all members to stay informed and connected through this process.
